Our Code of Conduct sets out the expectations for the behaviour and standards of professional and personal conduct as a lawful and reasonable direction by the organization and should be complied with at all times.
The Code applies to all volunteers, board members, and committee members.
This policy provides guidelines to ensure a fair and timely process for responding to concerns or complaints and encourage all stakeholders to disclose any unethical conduct they observe.
This policy applies to CFC ANCOP leadership and members, as well as our partners, volunteers and recipients. If you believe CFC ANCOP has breached the ACFID Code of Conduct, you can lodge a complaint on the ACFID website.

CFC ANCOP does not tolerate any form of child abuse or sexual exploitation. We commit to the protection and safeguarding of children from all types of harm, abuse and exploitation when delivering our aid and development programs overseas. Refer to our Safeguarding Policy.
CFC ANCOP do not tolerate any kind of sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) and are committed to preventing and addressing SEAH throughout our organisation, with partners, in various programs and in all that we do. Read our Preventing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment Policy
This policy focuses on the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment and provides a mechanism for people to report and speak up where an incident is identified.
CFC ANCOP are compliant with the Privacy Act in our collection and use of personal and sensitive information. In-country offices and CFC ANCOP, program partners are supported in applying this policy as a best practice guide when collecting, storing and using personal and sensitive information. Wherever there is a conflict between this policy and the laws of another country, the local law will prevail.
At CFC ANCOP, we recognize that volunteering is an essential element of how we fulfil our mission. Volunteering is as necessary and valuable to CFC ANCOP as monetary donations. Volunteers bring personal commitment, skills and experiences to our endeavours. The support that volunteers offer - and the views, ideas and suggestions they contribute - help us achieve our goals and improve what we do. This policy reflects our commitment to how we engage and welcome volunteers.
